Daniela founded Paz Economics & Engineering in 1996 and has led the firm continuously since its establishment. Over the years, she has guided the company’s professional growth and expansion, establishing it as one of Israel’s leading real-estate economics and consultancy firms.
Daniela serves as the senior advisor for the firm’s research projects, market surveys, and feasibility analyses, operating at the intersection of real-estate economics, urban planning, and regulatory frameworks. Her extensive experience and professional standing underpin her active involvement in steering committees, think tanks, and professional forums for government ministries and public authorities, as well as her work with developers, financial institutions, and municipalities.
Alongside her professional practice, Daniela lectures and teaches in leading academic and professional programs in the field of real estate, with a focus on economic feasibility, risk management, and the economic implications of planning and regulation.
Daniela holds a B.A. (with honors) in Economics and Management, an MBA from Tel Aviv University (1995), and is a certified real-estate appraiser and a member of the Real Estate Appraisers Association in Israel.
